ADMIN/HR Supervisor

Job Summary
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Over-all incharge of Payroll and other HR related activities that includes recruitment, employee’s benefits and appraisal, staffing and attendance, performance review and monitoring.
  • Monitor and implement company’s policies and procedures.
  • Plans schedules of weekly, monthly and annual renewal of taxes and licenses for the entity .
  • Others duties as assigned

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's /College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Human Resource or equivalent.
    At least 3-5 years(s) of working experience specialized in Hotel management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
  • Organized multi-tasker; Excellent Communication Skills, Strong decision-making ability
  • Capable of prioritizing duties and exhibiting leadership skills, must have an Industry relevant experience, ability to create spreadsheets and presentation, Payroll & training experience.
  • Willing to work during weekend and holidays
  • Willing to work in Bauang, La Union

Job Type: Full-time Salary: Php15,000.00 to Php18,000.00 /month

Marketing /Sales Representative
Job Summary
    Support marketing executives in organizing various projects Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success Prepare and deliver promotional presentations Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts Others duties as assigned

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and online applications
  • Exquisite communication and people skills
